Purpose
NCC runs Meta lead-generation campaigns using Meta Instant Forms.
KZ provides:
- Pre-launch campaign testing
- Zapier integration testing/support
- Ad review testing
- Daily monitoring for failed Zaps during active campaigns
Basic flow:
Meta Ad → Meta Instant Form → Zapier → NCC Ghost Form
Ad Review Testing
NCC will usually provide a tracker that’s been used many times. The column headings will be self explanitory.
The process:
- Open the supplied ad preview.
- Submit the Meta Instant Form using + modifiers on your email.
- Do every possible configuration of form selection options
- Confirm the submission appears in Zapier.
- Confirm all Zap steps complete successfully.
- Confirm the submission reaches the NCC ghost form/system. That’s in LuminateOnline (LO)
- Record the test result in the tracker.
Every case provided by NCC should be tested, even when the ads appear to use the same form/setup.
Zapier Checks
Before launch, confirm:
- Zap is active.
- Correct Meta form is connected.
- Meta/Facebook connection is valid.
- Correct ghost form/destination is being used.
- Existing field mappings still work.
For rerun campaigns, avoid changing an existing working Zap unless necessary.
Daily Campaign Monitoring
While the campaign is active, check the marketing@kobayashi.ca** email folder every business day** for Zapier failure notifications.
If a failed Zap notification appears, that’s when you must troubleshoot the fix and notify NCC of the fix you made
This monitoring should continue for the full campaign period.
Troubleshooting Failed Zaps
Start by checking Zap History.
Identify:
- Last successful submission
- First failed submission
- Failed Zap step
- Error message
A common issue is an expired or invalid Meta/Facebook connection. But it can be many different issues, and each one will require a different approach.
If a connection is repaired, always submit a new test lead to confirm the integration is working again.
