Introduction template (fast, non-fluffy)

Use this structure of introduction guidance: hook + transition into what the post covers.

CMS-ready intro pattern:

  • Hook: one bold sentence about the problem.
  • Stakes: what it costs (traffic, leads, time, risk).
  • Promise: what they’ll be able to do after reading.
  • Preview: one sentence listing what you’ll cover.

Table of contents

This can be added after you’re finished. Just anchored links to the different sections of your blog.

Body structure: make it easy to skim

Explicitly emphasizes subheadings and skimmability.

Skimmability rules:

  • H2 every major section
  • Short paragraphs
  • Bullets for lists
  • Concrete examples and screenshots where they clarify

KZ internal link rules (this may be hard atm since we do not have too many relevant pages)

  • 2–5 internal links in the body (not 20)
  • at least 1 link to a relevant service page
  • anchors that describe the destination (“WordPress security checklist,” not “click here”)

Outline method (SERP-driven + KZ experience)

Ahrefs recommends outlining by:

  • understanding what searchers want (intent), then
  • covering the expected subtopics, and
  • adding uniqueness (examples, original perspective, proof).

Outline example (technical/PM-friendly): “Redesign Without Losing SEO”

  • What can break during a redesign (quick list)
  • Pre‑migration checklist (crawl, redirect plan, tracking plan)
  • Design + IA changes that impact SEO
  • Launch-day checklist (indexing, redirects, canonicals)
  • Post-launch monitoring (first 7 days)
  • FAQ (People Also Ask style questions)

Conclusion template (summary + next step)

We recommend concluding with a summary and an engagement prompt; for an agency, add a clear CTA to a service page or resource.

There should also always be at least 3 FAQs added to the end. These help with A.I discoverability.
