If you can’t find an answer to a question, process etc do the following:

1. Go to this task in Teamwork.
2. Give it a title.
3. Assign it to the correct person on the team who is best suitable for the playbook
4. Message that person directly on Teams and ask tell them about it
5. Notify the PM to schedule this time for that person and add it to the PM Sheet.
6. Ask that person to report back to you when the playbook is complete.
