Plugin Conflicts

  • Rename plugins folder:
    • public_html/wp-content/plugins -> plugins-disabled
  • Test site functionality
  • If site works:
    • Reactivate plugins one by one to identify culprit

Memory Limit Issues

  • Identify the error:
    • Look for “Fatal error: Allowed memory size exhausted”
  • Fix Options:
    • Option A – WHM Level:
      • Software -> MultiPHP INI Editor -> select domain -> Increase memory_limit to 512M or 1024M
    • Option B – File Level:
      • Add to .htaccess: php_value memory_limit 512M
    • Option C – wp-config:
      • Add ini_set(‘memory_limit’, ‘512M’); before /* That’s all, stop editing! */
